Make your own golden lattes at home with this perfect blend of anti-inflammatory and warming spices –tumeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper, by simply adding 1/2 a teaspoon to your favourite cup of hot milk or mylk (we love coconut or almond alternatives) and stir well. Add a dash of raw honey to sweeten if you like. Really DEEEELICIOUS!
